We’ve been Working Overtime Recently to Produce LED screen


Although the epidemic is not over and the economy has not yet fully recovered,many countries are already slowly returning to work. We have delivered a lot of LED screen panels to customers in recent months. And we  also receive orders continuously ,some customers even make FCL stock. In order to meet the customer’s demand and produce enough products to meet the agreed delivery date, we recently began to work overtime.Even at night or on Saturday,here are some pictures:

When it comes to the final acceptance, from the customer’s point of view, what should we pay attention to?

1.The surface flatness. The surface flatness of the display screen should be within ±1mm to ensure that the displayed image will not deform, and local bumps or depressions will cause the viewing Angle of the display screen to disappear. The quality of flatness depends mainly on the production process.

2.The brightness and view. The brightness mainly depends on the quality of the LEDs. The size of the viewing Angle directly determines the size of the screen’s audience, so the bigger the better.The Angle of view is mainly determined by the packaging method of the mold.

3.The white balance effect, white balance effect is one of the most important indicators on the screen.

4.The color reducibility, color reproducibility refers to the reproducibility of color on the display screen, that is, the color displayed on the display screen must be highly consistent with the color of the playback source to ensure the authenticity of the image.

5.The whether there are mosaics or dead corners, mosaics refers to the display screen is always bright or often appear small black square, this is the phenomenon of module necrosis.

6.The color block refers to the obvious color difference between adjacent modules. Color transitions are in modules.The color block phenomenon is mainly caused by the poor control system, low gray level and low scanning frequency.
